Spain – Jesús Franco completes acquisition of Recreativos Franco

In a short press announcement today from Recreativos Franco SAU, co-founded in 1965 by the brothers Joaquín and Jesús Franco, the Spain-based gaming company confirmed that it is now 100 per cent owned by Jesús Franco, after reaching an agreement with the heirs to the deceased Joaquín Franco on Friday, July 13th КСНУМКС.
The acquisition is the result of the corporate strategy to retain the Group’s leadership in the industry within a globalised gaming world. No further details about the arrangement have been released.
